THE STORY
What started as a hobby, quickly turned into an obsession. While exploring every part of the coffee process, I began to hone my knowledge and taste palate by roasting and cupping new coffee as frequently as possible. Like a true aspiring craftsman, I purchased a sample roaster for my home. After tasting the best coffee in the region, I’d return to my workshop to try and replicate the flavor profiles. Before long, I was creating my own roasting profiles and sharing my home concoctions with friends and family. With the support of my wife, I decided to take this passion to the next level. The rest is history…

As a small nano-roaster we work very hard to ensure we are sourcing the best possible cherries from the most sustainable small farms. We pay a premium to the farmers to ensure consistent quality coffee through direct trade relationships. coffee is our craft, our ritual, our passion and our commitment. It drives us and inspires us. Our goal is to bridge the gap from seed to cup, one cup at a time…
