As a nano-roaster, we roast small-batches weekly. Our process is a labor of love. Our goal is to provide the best sensation possible during your first sip. To accomplish this and ensure quality, after each roast, we cup each batch immediately to ensure it's matching our desired profile. If it is, then we cup 12-hours again later and a final time once again within 24-hours. If the batch still matches the desired profile, then we will ship within 24-hours of roasting to you.
Our goal is to get the beans to you within the initial degassing stage.
Because we focus on quality vs. quantity, our batches are all limited-edition based on many factors. We are not able to reserve or guarantee a specific roast once they are sold out. On Monday of each week, we release the profiles that we will be roasting that week. Those roast will be sold starting on that Monday and once sold out will be out of stock.
If you are located in San Diego, CA and would like to come to one of our private cupping events, please reach out to us via our contact form. We have weekly cuppings where we discuss the entire process from seed to cup. While you are learning about the varieties of the night, a triangulation will be set up. The winner of the triangulation is awarded a free bag of their choice. These events are invite-only and are less than ten people total to ensure each guest gets a chance to ask as many questions as possible.
